Driver's are now having to face parking patrol's equipped with £500 head-cam's, and hand held computer which hook's into DVLA and automatically reconises car registration detail's. Council's say the equipment provide's more detail's and help's motorist's who want to appeal against their penalties. But critic's accuse warden's of playing Jame's Bond and using intrusive and unfair surveillance techniques.
